The replacement OVH server has been made available to us as of around 6:00 AM Saturday morning (GMT+11). The following steps are installing and configuring the hypervisor so we can restore each virtual machine from our backup. The environment will then need to be verified and updated, as we've been offline for a while, before opening back up to the public. The estimated duration at this point is a few days.

Existing service IP addresses for MCAlagaesia services have been transferred to the new datacentre GRA-1 in Gravelines, France. This indicates that the resumption of backend services may be within the next few days, with players being able to log in shortly after that.

OVH are providing a new server for us to host on in another datacentre. ETA ~10 days, more updates to follow

The most recent backup of the MCAlagaesia environment has been tested and verified to work correctly. We are now waiting on communication from OVH as to the status of a new server, which could be up to a week, given the volume of support requests they are receiving.
